Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp porridge oats

  • just under ½ x 200ml tub 0% fat Greek-style yogurt

  • ½ x 350g pack frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

  • Oats should be cooked for about 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, in a non-stick pan with 400 ml of water.
  • Add a third of the yogurt after taking the pot off the heat.
  • The blueberries should be gently poached until they have thawed and are tender but still holding their shape. Add the blueberries to a pan with 1 tablespoon of water and any honey you’re using.
  • Pour the porridge into bowls, add the remaining yogurt and blueberries, and serve.
