6 tbsp porridge oats
just under ½ x 200ml tub 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
½ x 350g pack frozen blueberries
1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions
- Oats should be cooked for about 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, in a non-stick pan with 400 ml of water.
- Add a third of the yogurt after taking the pot off the heat.
- The blueberries should be gently poached until they have thawed and are tender but still holding their shape. Add the blueberries to a pan with 1 tablespoon of water and any honey you’re using.
- Pour the porridge into bowls, add the remaining yogurt and blueberries, and serve.
