Ingredients

  • 1lb. Sausage (or you can use bacon)

  • 2 tbs. of flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • crushed black pepper

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Take a pan and add in a little oil. When it’s heated up, fry the sausage (or bacon) in it until browned.
  • Take the sausage into another pan/plate, you’ll only need the drippings from the cooking.
  • Add flour to the dripping and stir continuously to get a smooth paste
  • Add in milk. Bring it to a boil and keep whisking until you get a desired consistency.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

If you want a more simpler version, just use butter instead of sausage drippings. It will come out less thicker than above version.
