2.tDry brown gravy mix, 2 12 teaspoons
3.t3 cups of hot water, 1 large onion, 2 carrots, and 3 ribs of celery diced.
4.tbeef sirloin steak weighing 1 pound, diced into 1-inch pieces
5.t8 potatoes, diced, with salt and freshly ground pepper as desired
6.tone tablespoon of chili powder
7.t1/4 tsp. dried oregano
8.tWorcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup
9.t2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- stockpot with medium heat is used to heat the vegetable oil.
- Cook beef for 2 to 4 minutes per side, or until well-browned.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery by stirring.
- In a small basin, combine the water, gravy mix, and bouillon; pour the mixture into the stockpot.
