Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño, diced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix together chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Divide mixture evenly among tortillas.
  • Roll up tortillas, and place on a baking sheet.
