4 flour tortillas
1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, diced
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
