2 cups All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
2 tbsp. Unsalted butter
¾ cup Water (preferably lukewarm)
2 cups Oil
Directions
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add butter to this and mix well. Now, add water small amount at first then add more if needed into the bowl and knead all the substance to create a smooth dough. Cover the bowl, and set it for around 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, open the cover, and knead some more then cut the delicate dough into 8 pieces. Take one piece and make a lean roll from it. Repeat for the other pieces.
- Take a frying pan and add oil. heat the oil in medium heat or 375F. Now fry the dough by flipping both sides. It’ll turn into nice golden brown color and form bubbles in crust when it’s done.

- You can make it extra crispy outside soft inside by deep frying it 2mins in high heat!
