First up, we have a chicken roti with a twist. Instead of using plain old chicken, we’re going to use chicken thighs. They’re going to give the dish a little more flavor and make it more moist.
Next, we’re going to add some veggies to the mix. I like to use chopped carrots and green beans, but feel free to use whatever you like. Just make sure they’re chopped up small so they’ll cook evenly.
Finally, we’re going to add a little bit of heat to the dish. I like to use a tablespoon or two of chopped jalapeno peppers. You can adjust the amount to your liking, but I think this really kicks up the flavor. So there you have it! A few different ways to make your chicken roti recipe even better. I hope you enjoy them!
