Ingredients for Orange-Lime Rita

  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Tequila Silver
  • 1 oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Allspice Dram
  • 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Lime, sliced
  • A Dash Ground Nutmeg

How to make Orange-Lime Rita

  1. If you don’t have the simple syrup ready add sugar and water in 1:1 ratio and bring it to a boil. It’ll thicken into syrup. Add a bit lime
  2. Add the thyme and garlic, then stir to coat everything.
  3. Roast everything for 15 mins until the potatoes are soft. Remove the tray from the oven and throw in the peppers, orange segments and olives and roast for 5 mins more until the chicken and potatoes are completely cooked. To serve, bring the tray to the table and let everyone help themselves.

RECIPE TIPS
MAKING IT DIFFERENT

This cocktail will taste good even if substitute lemon with orange. Don’t be shy to try other fruits to see what taste it comes up with. You can also use a different fruity liqueur!
