The beef is cooked tender and juicy, mixed with a BBQ sauce. The pasta salad is made with a creamy horseradish dressing and is loaded with vegetables.

How this unusual combo works

There are a few reasons why beef and pasta is not a common combination. First, pasta is typically a dish that is associated with lighter fare, such as chicken or seafood. Second, beef can be a bit heavy and overwhelming when paired with pasta.

Finally, the two dishes often require different cooking times, which can make them difficult to successfully prepare together. Despite all of these potential obstacles, beef and pasta can actually make a great combo.

The key is to choose a lighter pasta, we picked udon. spaghetti was our second option. The other key is to pair it with a leaner cut of beef, we picked streak slices.

When cooked properly, the two dishes can complement each other perfectly.
