What do you season the prawn with?

There are many ways to season prawns, depending on your personal preferences. Some popular methods include using garlic, ginger, chilli, lemon, lime, coriander, salt and pepper. Experiment until you find a combination that you enjoy.

What gives the best flavor? boiled or fried prawn?

There is no one definitive answer, right? It depends on personal preferences. The boiled prawn has a subtle delicate flavor with chewiness while the fried prawn has crisp crunch and intense flavor. Some people prefer to boil prawns for a more delicate flavor, while others prefer to fry them for a more intense flavor. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide which method you prefer.

Try both out. See what goes better for your taste.

How to tell if prawn are cooked?

If you’re not sure whether your prawns are cooked, insert a skewer or sharp knife into the thickest part of the flesh. If it slides in easily and the flesh is opaque, then the prawns are cooked. If the skewer meets resistance or the flesh is still translucent, then the prawns need a little longer.

When you’re frying, the prawns will take comma shape when they are well cooked. If they starts to take o shape you’re overcooking! But hey! They will give more crispy crunchy taste!
