How to make bubble waffle:

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl using a whisk.
  2. Add the egg, sugar, water, milk, and vanilla.
  3. After thoroughly combining all the ingredients, mix in the melted butter.
  4. Apply oil to both sides.
  5. Waffle Puff Pan should be preheated for 3 minutes on medium heat. Fill in all of the bubbles with 1/4 cup of waffle batter.
  6. Cook the waffle maker for 2-4 minutes on the other side.
  7. Reverse the waffle maker, and cook for a further 2 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. To make the bubble waffle crisp, remove with a fork and set aside for 1 minute. then garnish with your preferred toppings.
