1 cup Rice
1 cup Water
Salt
Sugar
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Oil
- For the Sushi fish
Sushi grade fish
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs soy sauce
Directions
- Preparing the rice
- Wash the rice and sock it in water for some time. You can use any type rice, but best to use sticky sushi rice.
- Take a pan and add rice and water with a ratio of 2:3. Add a pinch of salt and boil for 20mins. Be careful not to overboil the rice.
- Take a pan and mix vinegar, salt, oil, and sugar in it. Cook to so that sugar dissolves and mixture gets a sticky texture.
- Mix it with the rice and make rolls with rice with fish inside. You can add vegetables if you want.
- Now fry the rolls then cut them to your desired thickness. thin pieces will be more crisp.

- You can use Tuna, Salmon, Mackerel, or Hamachi for sushi. Cut the fishes into ¼ inches slices
