  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Oil

  • Sushi grade fish

  • 1 tbs lemon juice

  • 1 tbs soy sauce

  • Preparing the rice
  • Wash the rice and sock it in water for some time. You can use any type rice, but best to use sticky sushi rice.
  • Take a pan and add rice and water with a ratio of 2:3. Add a pinch of salt and boil for 20mins. Be careful not to overboil the rice.
  • Take a pan and mix vinegar, salt, oil, and sugar in it. Cook to so that sugar dissolves and mixture gets a sticky texture.
